Kickin’ Kalbi Bowl

Step 1: Chop up onion and saute until golden brown

Step 2: Choose your choice of protein: Ground beef, ground chicken, ground turkey all work

Step 3: Mix the protein with the sauteed onions and simmer

Step 4: Add 2 tablespoons of Korean Kalbi sauce, or more to taste

Step 5: While the protein is cooking, prepare white rice

Step 6: Steam broccoli and greens 

Step 7: Assemble bowl by placing rice down first, followed by vegetables then the protein. Drizzle with sauce.
